Other GFB Fantasy Focus Rankings:
RBs 1-12, RBs 13-24, RBs 25-48
WRs 1-12, WRs 13-24, WRs 25-48
These rankings are for standard, 12 team, non PPR leagues.
1. Antonio Gates- The loss of Vincent Jackson means that Gates is Rivers’ clear cut #1 target.
2. Dallas Clark- 100 receptions, 1100 yards and 10 TD. While he may not replicate those numbers, he’s inarguably a stud. The one downside is that, with a healthy Anthony Gonzalez and with full seasons from Austin Collie and Pierre Garcon, Peyton Manning has a slew of options to choose from. Still, more of a 1B to Gates’ 1A.
3. Vernon Davis- The physical freak finally turned his tools into production. Crabtree will steal some red zone targets, but Davis should put up big numbers.
4. JerMichael Finley- A wide receiver playing tight end, and an Aaron Rodgers favorite. Huge upside.

Other GFB Fantasy Focus Rankings:
QBs 1-12, QBs 13-24, RBs 1-12, RBs 13-24, RBs 25-48, WRs 1-12, WRs 13-24
25. Hines Ward- Absence of Big Ben and rough fantasy playoff schedule knocks Ward down a couple pegs.
26. Wes Welker- He was healthy enough to play in game one of the pre-season. Early indications are that he’ll again be featured in the Pats’ offense, but his health will be a cause for concern all year.
27. Santana Moss- His skills have eroded somewhat, but he could be a poor man’s DeSean Jackson, and the addition of Donovan McNabb could rejuvenate his career.
28. Braylon Edwards- The Jets are a run-first team, but if Mark Sanchez develops, Edwards can become a WR2.

Other GFB Fantasy Focus Rankings:
QBs 1-12, QBs 13-24, RBs 1-12, RBs 13-24, RBs 25-48, WRs 1-12
13. Steve Smith (Car)- Matt Moore is an unknown, but Smith has proven it doesn’t really matter who is throwing to him.
14. Anquan Boldin- Boldin finally gets to be “the man” in Baltimore’s offense, a welcome change for himself and for Ravens fans. There are obvious upsides and downsides to leaving Fitzgerald and the Cardinals, but I think his value remains about the same.
15. Hakeem Nicks- If he stays healthy, Nicks will end the year as the Giants #1 fantasy receiver. I’m willing to gamble.
16. Chad Ochocinco- He’s still talented, and I can’t see him not improving over last year’s numbers, especially with TO in the fold.

1. Andre Johnson- The no doubt #1 WR based on ridiculous skills and great situation.
2. Randy Moss- Even in a down season, he was the #2 fantasy WR. He could very well be the #1 receiver if Tom Brady bounces all the way back.
3. Calvin Johnson- Matthew Stafford will have to take a full step forward to justify this ranking, but Calvin Johnson is as talented as anyone on this list.

Previous Fantasy Football Rankings:
QBs 1-12, QBs 13-24, RBs 1-12, RBs 13-24
These rankings are for standard, 12 team non-PPR leagues.
25. Michael Bush- A power back in an upgraded offense. He’ll need to fend off Darren McFadden, but he averaged almost 5 yards a carry last year, and he’ll get goal line carries.
26. Arian Foster- The Texans backfield is wide open, and he had a couple of nice games to end the season. I’m not sold, but he’s worth a flier, especially with the injury to Ben Tate.
27. Thomas Jones- Hard to imagine this back to back 1,300 yard back (that’s a lot of “backs”) won’t get at least a portion of the carries.
28. Ahmad Bradshaw- If the rumors of Bradshaw sharing equal carries with Jacobs are true, Bradshaw becomes the more valuable back….

13. Cedric Benson- He finally broke out last year after being given a third(?) chance by the Bengals. It’s a good situation, as they have shifted towards a rushing mentality. Unfortunately, he contributes nothing in the passing game]
14. Ryan Grant- He’s the man in Green Bay, although he’s not an explosive runner. His fantasy numbers over the past two years have been great, despite low yards per carry.
15. Ryan Matthews- Others have him ranked higher, but I’d be weary of taking a rookie RB in the second round. He couldn’t have fallen into a better situation, though.
16. Beanie Wells- Big talent, but Matt Leinart’s troubles could make for some tough games. We still don’t know exactly how many carries he’ll get, but he could explode.

Anyone who has ever played fantasy football or watched “The League” knows that running backs are the most important position in the game. Unfortunately, aside from a small handful, most RBs this year have big question marks. That’s why it is more important than ever to get these picks right.
These rankings are for standard, 12-team non-PPR leagues.
1. Chris Johnson- Something tells me he won’t run for 2,000 yards again. Having said that, I wouldn’t bet against 1,600 and 10 touchdowns. Nor would I complain.
2. Adrian Peterson- More of a 1B than a 2. You can’t go wrong with either of these guys. He obviously takes a hit if Favre retires.
3. Ray Rice- The development of Flacco and the addition of Boldin should open things up for the former Rutgers standout.
4. Maurice Jones-Drew- An eyelash behind Rice. Hard to find a flaw in his game, but it should be noted that he saw an increase of 115 carries last season.
