First off, we would like to take this moment to remember all of servicemen and women who gave the ultimate sacrifice in the defense of this great nation.

For without them, there would be no America, no us. Americans are known for their resilience and passion. Nowhere in American life is that depicted more than on the gridiron.

SNY contributor Mike Garafolo of the Star-Ledger recently caught up with Giants’ OL Rich Seubert, who is rehabbing his knee, which was badly injured in the Giants’ season finale against the Redskins.

Personally. I thought the 32-year-old Seubert might have packed it in after this injury, but knowing his resolve, it didn’t make much sense. Last year, he went from odd-man-out to arguably the team’s MVP.
