Len Pasquarelli of ESPN reports that the Jets have agreed to terms with defensive end/linebacker Calvin Pace on a six-year, $42 million deal. The deal includes $22 million in guaranteed money.
Pace was reported to be close to a deal with the Dolphins that may have forced the Jets hand.
Jets Central relays a report from ESPNews, that the Jets have agreed to terms with offensive lineman Damien Woody, formerly of the Lions. WFAN has reported the deal to be for five-years, $25 million, with $11 million guaranteed.
