The Giants said goodbye to Super Bowl XLII hero Jay Alford today. The Penn State product, who was drafted in the 3rd round of the 2007 NFL Draft by the Giants, had knee issues and was sidelined for long intervals several times during his career.
Alford will be remembered by Giant fans for his sack of Tom Brady in the Super Bowl in the final minutes of the game.
