Based on my observations from the 300 level, your point on Feagles seems to be correct. On the sideline as well as between quarters he is practicing his punts (more than normal). To me it seems more of an issue with accuracy versus distance. He seems to know this and working on it.
He is not my issue. Tynes is the ISSUE! He has no strength in his leg. He kickoffs short and low and we are constantly giving teams the ball on the 35-40. This kills the defense as the work constantly against a short field. We will keep him for the rest of the year but he cannot come back next year...please!

You're right about Feagles. I mentioned this a couple weeks ago so I thought I'd give it a rest for a week, but Feagles just doesn't look like he has it anymore. He was actually a little better this week, but still not what he was last year. It's very disappointing.

I agree completely, Big John. It feels like everyone in the stadium, including the players themselves, know that someone is going to get open and the play is going to be converted. It's a far cry from the defense we had for most of last season.

Is it just me or has Jeff Feagles lost all of his effectiveness. He is killing us with the 35 yard punts out of bounds or putting short and down the middle. Our special teams punt units have been anything but special. They are killing us in the field position battles.

When you watch the Giants....I feel like every time it is 3rd and Long the opposing team is going to get the first...It could be 3rd and 98 and they will get 98.5 yards for the first down. It seems inevitable. We MUST get off the field on 3rd down to be a successful defense and a successful team.
