I mean this is possibly the greatest day of the year. Coming from a big Italian family we start to eat and drink around 12pm.....First, with the hot and cold antipasta salad with the wine flowing like water. The men then retire outside for cigars and whiskey.

Around 2ish you get the pasta course....More wine and beer even makes an appearance here. The men again retire to outside for some more cigars and even more whiskey. At this time, when everyone is on there way to good and drunk, stories are being told by the "older" generations and by older I mean people born between 1940 and 1980(Because I was not born until 1985 and therefore anyone in that time-frame is officially old),

Then we come back in for the "Main" Dinner which of course involves the Turkey with all the trimmings. More wine is poured out and at this time people are literally just passing out on the table from the wine and tryptophan coma the food has put them in. But this year is different because everyone will be WIDE awake for the late game. It is like Santa coming on Christmas because the GGGGGGGG-Men are playing at 8 o'clock. Going to be a great night and as always...

On Second thought Dave, I have to agree with you...this was Eli's day.

Ps. Isn't it great that the Gmen got a game on Turkey Day. Makes me that much more excited for this Thursday.

Jon, my fellow writer, I love you man, and i agree that boley played well against his old team, but that game ball has to be Eli's. 385 passing yards is his career record and the defense let up a 14 point lead with 6 minute to go. While i understand why you voted for Boley I am not sure any defensive player deserved the nod. The only other candidate is manningham, but to me this was Eli's day.

No time to argue with me we play the Broncos in 4 days. Yes "we," I'm a die hard and a writer i can say "we."
