We’ll have more on this great game tomorrow, but here are some quick thoughts to hold you over.
- Mario Manningham is amazing. I am not overreacting. He’s the best receiver ever, probably. 10 receptions, 150 yards, 1 TD. Nice.
- The Cowboys’ new stadium gave me not one, not three, but two seizures today.
- Justin Tuck (shoulder) and Domenik Hixon (knee) left the game with injuries. Hopefully we’ll get some positive news on them tomorrow.
- Run defense needs a lot of work. 251 rush yards is not okay.
- Do people still think Eli Manning is the most overrated QB in the league? Smoke on this statline: 25/38 330 yards, 2 TD.
- They need to do something about the way coaches call timeouts on last second field goals. Its within the rules, but it just doesn’t feel right. At least this time, the only result was that the Giants got to celebrate two game winning field goals in the Cowboys’ new stadium.
- Hell of a game. Hell of a win. Can’t ask for much more than that.
- Am I allowed to say “Hell” on the internet?
