This needs to be worked out. The expected punishment does not fit the crime. I have been a Giant fan forever, I know Plax is not perfect but has demonstrated himself to be a decent guy. He IS NOT a THUG!!! He is not and has NEVER acted like a TO... Prison time will do nobody any good...not us the citizen, not us the fan and definitely not Burress and his family. I hope that Plaxico is not the victim of another crime, a DA trying to build his own career. We want justice not politics and in my opinion justice has been serve Plaxico has been punished enough.
