Video: Plaxico Burress comments after Hearing

Here’s a clip courtesy of SNY of Plaxico Burress and his attorney Benjamin Brafman giving comments after Plax’s hearing with the grand jury:

After listening to Brafman’s little speech, I’m almost convinced that Burress should just be a free man. Man…some lawyers are just so good at making their side of the story sound so good.

    Plaxico has been punished enough. This needs to be worked out. The expected punishment does not fit the crime. I have been a Giant fan forever, I know Plax is not perfect but has demonstrated himself to be a decent guy. He IS NOT a THUG!!! He is not and has NEVER acted like a TO…
    Prison time will do nobody any good…not us the citizen, not us the fan and definitely not Burress and his family.
    I hope that Plaxico is not the victim of another crime, a DA trying to build his own career. We want justice not politics and in my opinion justice has been serve
