Toomer calmly expressed disappointment in how he was used towards the end of the season and his impending free agency. We should all echo his sentiments.
Well I agree with gentry for the most part. Though I think Toomer might think he is better than he actually is at this point in his career. He clearly seemed to have lost a step or two and was unable to get the separation he needed.
But yeah, not sure if it was game planned that way or if Eli just didn’t look at Toomer as much. Even if he has lost a step or two, he was probably still the most consistent WR on the active roster.
