With recent signs pointing towards Steve Spagnuolo possibly staying on as Giants defensive coordinator now comes news that the Jets might still have interest.
The NY Post is reporting:
According to a source familiar with the Jets coaching search, Steve Spagnuolo met with Jets owner Woody Johnson and GM Mike Tannenbaum on Tuesday at Johnson’s Manhattan office.
Also, today on WFAN Mike Francesa said that the reports that describe Baltimore’s defensive coordinator Rex Ryan as a “lock” to become the next Head Coach of the Jets are overstated.
