I’ve received word from the SNY newsroom that Plaxico Burress was just escorted out of the precinct at 1:03 pm. He was led into a car with his hands behind his back. It was assumed he was cuffed but our witness didn’t see the cuffs to confirm. 

He didn’t say anything but from what we could tell, he looked upset. There was a ton of media and onlookers witnessing the event.
