Hall to the Skins
According to the NFL network De’Angelo Hall has signed with the Washington Redskins.
The Redskins, Patriots, Giants and Cowboys were the four teams pursuing Hall in the offseason, so it is no surprise he ended up in Washington. According to Mike Garafolo, of the Star Ledger, the Giants showed very little interest in Hall. I am not surprised. DeAngelo has struggled mightily in presscoverage situations this year, giving up the most yards in the league in one on one situations. Although one factor is playing next to the best cover corner in the NFL, who’s name no one can pronounce. Due to the Giants blitzing schemes, often corners are left in man coverage, which has not been Hall’s strength this year. Although, he seems to have perfected the pointing to the sky while kneeling celebration.
