Giants safety James Butler (knee) expects to play next Sunday against the Eagles.

Butler left in the third quarter of the Giants’ Week 9 game against the Cowboys after spraining his knee during an interception return.

He’ll be reexamined Monday, but said he’s confident that he will be ready by the weekend.
