Yes, Phillips and Johnson both play free safety, but if the team feels that they are the two most talented safeties on the team, I don't think it'll be a problem for one of them to play strong safety. I understand it's hard to bench either Johnson or Butler, since both are coming off their best games in the NFL over the last two weeks. I think all 3 will see the field a good amount. Either one is fine with me, as long as Phillips gets good playing time.
