According to ESPN Jason Witten suffered a fractured rib against Tampa Bay. Despite the injury, Witten claims he will play against the Giants.

Jason Witten is one tough hombre. In his career he has missed one game. Without Witten, Brad Johnson, could struggle mightily. Since entering the starting lineup, two games ago, he has primarily been a dink and dunk Quarterback, showing little arm strength. Witten’s absence would undermine the  Cowboys ability to dink and dunk on the Giants.

That said, claiming you will play, and actually being cleared to play, are two different things.  We will keep an eye on it all week.
