Tomlin Respects Jacobs

By Anthony De Rosa on Oct 23, 2008, 12:14 pm

I enjoyed reading these comments from Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin regarding their upcoming meeting with Brandon Jacobs.

“This guy is a dangerous man,” Tomlin said. “(If) he gets his pads square and gets downhill on you, you have a problem. We respect the heck out of him and, really quite frankly, now we are trying to figure out how we are going to get this man on the ground.”

A healthy respect for Jacobs is probably a good thing for opposing defenses. The man is simply a tank.

By the way, I can’t help but think that Omar Epps is coaching the Steelers. Everytime I see him on the sidelines, I think its Q from Juice.
