Road Warriors Look To Keep Streak Alive

The Giants look to extend their streak of 11 straight road wins last season into this one, as they head to St. Louis to take on the Rams. In the New York Times, coach Tom Coughlin talks about why the Giants have been so successful on the road.

“The thing we rally around on the road is the fact that it’s us against them and the only support comes from our sideline and our group,” Coughlin said. “To win on the road, you’ve got to be able to handle adversity. You have to have the resiliency to battle back.”

The current N.F.L. record for consecutive regular season road victories is 18, set by the San Francisco 49ers from 1988 to 1990.
