Carr Takes A Backseat Tonight
Mike Garafolo of the Star Ledger reports that Anthony Wright, not David Carr, will be the second quarterback in tonight’s game. Carr will only enter as a fourth QB if there is enough snaps for Wright, and third string QB Andre Woodson.
Could be that Coughlin simply wants to see more from the other quarterbacks in the running, but since Carr had seemed to be neck and neck with Wright for the immediate backup job, it is a bit curious.
